How i activate avg internet security ( muti device )?

hello, I bought the AVG INTERNET SECURITY ( MULTI DEVICE)  for two years and 10 devices I downloaded it to my phone but I can't activate it, putting the license number I got… what should I do? because then I have another 5 devices  that I have to add. …thank you very much.
