Hello Nolan,
I regret for any inconvenience caused. Please clarify if you are running a maintenance scan using AVG PC TuneUp and it has stuck or do you refer to the TuneUp % reports it is only 28% on the main dashboard?

This company appears to be a ripe off. I just purchased it and it does not work. It has been stuck on
"Tune Up" at 28 % for 24 house. Do I have to go the Netherlands for help ?
