Thanks, seems to be ok!
Other questions:
My Surface Pro 2 has been visited from a swindler and the Mac address is surely known. This is the reason why the computer had to be stripped down. My intention is to restart with new passwords and reinstalled or new programs etc., but I hope for your advice:
1. Do you mean this computer still could be proper and safe for ordinary use on Internet?
2. What security program would you recommend for this issue?
Hi Ivar,
I will help you with the issue,
please let us know which AVG trail program have you installed in your computer.
check if you have AVG Anti virus trial or AVG internet security trial .
If you have AVG Internet security trail version then you can activate it with your licences number.
use this link to know how to activate the program

Unfortunally I had to shut down and strip my Surface Pro2. When I restarted the computer the AVG virus- and TuneUp-program, could not be installed again. I have the license number, which should be paid up to november 2016. As it was problems to reinstall these programs, I in stead used a free AVG trial at restarting the computer, but the trialtime expires now.
Please help!
Thanks, seems to be ok!

Hello Ivar.
I understand your concern.
To answer your question 1) Yes, It is highly recommended to change all your passwords and to run a complete scan with the AVG program and check if the AVG program detects a Virus.
2)The product that you have purchased (AVG Internet Security) would protect your Microsoft Surface Pro 2.
Please get back to us for any further assistance. Thank you.
