Yesterday an AVG technician remotely accessed my computer to install AVG Ultimate on my new device and he had a total control on my computer desk top and had worked on the installation for almost an hour; and one time my computer screen was freezed for several minutes and I wasn't unable to see the curser moving and had no idea what the technician was doing. I became nervous because there were copies of three- year tax returns on my desk top.
My question is how safe my tax information is?
And I remembered that on July 21, I had installed the AVG Ultimate on another device of mine myself with assistance from an AVG technician over the phone; and it didn't take me that long to install the AVG Ultimate last time.
