I am facing the same problem i have my important files and now i cant access it can you please help me extracting them or accesing them

With the latest version 18.4, we do not have an option to open Data safe directly. You can view your data safe files from the location where you saved. By default, it will be stored under Documents folder. If not the created Data Safe with previous versions will have the option to access files from “privacy -> Sensitive data shield - > Please review your files”. Please refer the below screenshots.
If you face any difficulties in reviewing the data safe files, please let me know to proceed further.

Rob, if the option is missing, then it is a bug and we will fix it at the earliest.
In the meantime, you can retrieve the files using another method.
An email instruction has been sent which will explain on how to retrieve the files.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
