I created an account with a password but then it would not let me use it to log in so I created a new one. Now when I go to Acvtivate the product is says the product is already under another user, but that other user is me.

Gary, What product are you attempting to activate?.. Your 'doubling up' situ can probably only be correcred by AVG personnel.. Have a look @ this new form link (http://avg-community.force.com/support_contact_form) to get chat/phone support. Otherwise, When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509) will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that it's now the weekend.
