Hi, This year in May I chatted with a person named Jasmine who promised me to stop the Automatic RENEWING of my license in Sweden, because I am a long time in Great Britain there I have bought as well AVG renewing… But unfortunately the renewing in Sweden was made automatically anyway and now not only I do not use my computer in Sweden and do not need any protection, but I also am not able to activate renewed license. I don't know if in case I never activate license under a year, do I loose it? Or maybe it is possible to refund my money paid from Swedish Bank Nordea Account just about the 5th August 2015.
