Sorry to hear that you are unable to activate the product. Upon checking your account, we see that you have an active AVG Internet Security (3 licenses) subscription. If you have bought AVG Ultimate code, please click the link https://app.avg.com/us-en/code and enter AVG Ultimate code and register it with your My account. Once you register the code, please follow the instructions to install AVG Ultimate.

I have purchased the 2 year ultimate protection and it does not allow me to enter new code to activate same
