How to allow Chrome to access the internet

Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing web pages in your browsers. Do you receive any error message? If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Meanwhile, please disable AVG Internet Security temporarily, if you suspect that it is causing the issue.
To do so : Right click on AVG icon in system tray (near date & time, at bottom right corner) - Click on the toggle bar beside protection to disable it.

I have AVG Internet Security. I have been unable to get access to web pages using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera Internet browsers How do I get this problem resolved so that I use the above web browsers .
