How to allow Flash on specific websites

I am using the AVG Secure Browser.  Here is a sample link to show the problem being encountered:

Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board::EMMA

Enter this link in the AVG Secure Browser.  A graphical chart should load in the center of the screen.  It won't load.  It just "circles".

Enter the same link into the Chrome browser and it works fine.  What is the problem?

I was assuming it was Adobe Flash related, but maybe not.

There is no way to add a website under Protection Privacy Flash!  I have a website I frequent that will not load the graphics, but it doesn't ask me to Allow Flash.  I have that set to "Ask".   If I run the same in Chrome, works fine.
