I asked a question.  I received a reply from Avinash (Customer Support), asking me a question.  When I try to answer it, I get a "Failure" notice.  Please. The email is From: AVG Support Community (noreply@avg.com).  WHY would you send out a question from a "no reply" site so I can't answer it?
