You can add the file in exception so that your file will not be scanned.

Hi AVG Team,
We are using AVG anti-virus to avoid any unexpected things.
Actually we made one Installer and applied digitally signed with Code signing certificate as below:
Our issue is whenever we try to install our application on such machine where we have AVG installed, then AVG Suspicious file detected dialog box is coming and scanning our installer file and finally said Good news! This file looks safe, so we just want to AVOID AVG SCANNING, so can you please suggest what we should do to avoid AVG Suspicious file detected dialog box whenever we try to install our application.
Thanks,
Mukesh Kumar

Hi Ganesh,
Thanks for your reply and suggestion.
Actually with your suggestion, this will work only on such machine where we will add the file to exception, but we wants to install our application on more machine without asking User to add the exception into their AVG.
So can you please suggest a generic way (may be whitelishing of our Iinstaller file) which will avoid the AVG scanning.
Thanks,
Mukesh Kumar

Thank you for writing us back.
Since you suspect that this is a false detection being made by AVG, please submit the detected file for false-positive analysis using this link: https://www.avg.com/en-gb/false-positive-file-form#pc
Once you've submitted the false-positive report, our concerned team will analyze the website and if found harmless, they'll whitelist it right away. Furthermore, they'll update the status via email.
Thank you for understanding in advance!
