In menu - settings - I have selected use silent mode, I continue receive ad popups for deals, how do I turn them off.

We could see that you are getting the suggestions from the safe price extension in the AVG Secure Browser. It is isn't related to the AVG program.

You can delete the extension from the browser, if you don't wish to get the popup https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Use-AVG-Online-Security
