How to block e-mails

Hi,

I am getting inundated with sales/marketing e-mails with domain name .io. The senders name is always different so it is not possible to put them on the "blacklist"

Is there a way in AVG to block all emails from .io?

I am using AVG Internet Security and for e-mails I am using hotmail. Browser is Firefox.
