Hi there, maybe a stupid question but I really like to know how to block an IP address with AVG Firewall (latest version). Somehow I can't figure it out.

We do not have an option in AVG which blocks the IP address.
In this case, you can make use of the AVG Secure VPN which will mask your IP address.
