I signed on for protection on my android phone. The product does not work as I expected and I purchased a product from a competitor. Has anyone successfully cancelled a subscription and received a refund, if so, please tell me how. I tried to reach support and wound up with a 3rd party company who wanted control of my phone, then wanted me to open my checking account and credit cards. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!
