How to cancel account?

We're sorry to know that you're experiencing issues while trying to cancel subscription through AVG My Account.
Sometimes, this might happen if the webpage is under maintenance or due to browser issues.

Upon checking your account, we see that you've active subscriptions of AVG TuneUp & AVG Secure VPN. They're enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase. Hence they're renewed.
We do send pre-billing notification email prior the subscription expires.

We also see that AVG TuneUp awaits renewal & Secure VPN has been renewed on 2019-03-18 at a charge of $64.19.

I keep getting charged automatically and every time I go to cancel my account it says there’s been an internal error. Any suggestions?
