The computer I was using avg on crashed last year. The new computer had another virus checker on it. I have tried to get the automatic debit to my account cancelled but with no luck. So for nearly a year I have been paying for something I am not using. I do not have any #'s to submit as it was month by month. As far as I can tell avg is not on this computer but I'm still being billed for it. Not a happy camper.'
