We're here to help. I'd like to inform that automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) has been processed on 9th April 2019. We've canceled the automatic renewal for the current subscription and assure you will not be charged automatically for next year's renewal.
My AVG Protection is due this month, and I received an email stating that you are unable to process the payment. I believe it may be because I am under the "auto-renew" process and need to provide you with a new credit card expiry date. Because I am currently in the process of obtaining a new computer, I wish to cancel the "auto-renew" process. How do I go about doing that? I would like to pay annually mby not using "auto-renew". Please advise. Thank you. Vivian
Hello. Thank you for your reply. You indicate that the automatic renewal had been processed on 9th April 2019. Then you said you have canceled the automatic renewal for the current subscription.
To confirm: Does that mean you canceled the same charge that was processed on 9th April 2019?
Reason I'm asking is: I contacted an AVG Rep via your online AVG Chat and she processed the subscription renewal just after midnight on 9th April 2019, for the period from April 24, 2019 to April 24, 2020. I just want to make sure I am not paying double for upcoming subscription period. Thank you.

Vivian, you have already been charged CAD55.99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) and it is valid till 24th April 2020.
For further renewals of this product, you will not be auto charged as we have cancelled its auto renewal service.
