I have received a bill for £44.99 for AVG Tune up! I cancelled my subscription beforehand, but I am still being charged?! I logged on today to find out that the subscription was in fact not cancelled and I've been charged a ridiculous amount for an item that I don't use. I didn't agree to this, and would like information on how to get a refund or possibly even just delete my account as it is not in use?
