How to cancel auto subscription

Hello, Gary.

I see that you have an active AVG Ultimate (2 years subscription), valid until 23rd April 2018. Is this the subscription that you would like to cancel auto renewal for? If yes, I assure you it is not enabled to renew automatically and you will not be charged.

I am trying to cancel auto subscription but cannot find a link in my account to do this.
could any technician from AVG help me cancel it, thank you very much.
