How to cancel or activate the VPN trial

I agreed to a sixty day free trial of VPN but when it downloaded to my computer it was down to a seven day trial.  this was two days ago.  Now VPN will not open citing "technical difficulties" and says my trial is over in 19 hours.  and there is no place on any of the notices I have received allowing me to cancel as the promotion had promised.  At this point I want VPN cancelled but want my other AVG products to continue.  How do I accomplish this?
