How to cancel vpn auto renewal and receive refund

We acknowledge your refund request.
In future, if you require phone support, you can use this number +1 844 259 8811.
Regarding the refund request, we see that AVG Secure VPN has been renewed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
Usually, we do send pre-billing notificaton prior 10 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 8/27/19).
If you'd like to cancel that subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

I just received an e-mail saying that I have billed for another year of avg vpn.  I have searched far and wide and cannot find a phone number to call to cancel this, as I cannot afford to pay for it.
