How to change payment method

Hi,

I have received a Subscription Renewal Reminder email but have recently had a new bank card and so will need to change my payment details.

There is no option to do this within MyAccount online

The FAQs online say that the email will contain a link for manual renewal that I can use to enter new details. But my email does not contain such a link.

So how can I do this??

Unfortunately, updating payment details is not an option in online AVG MyAccount at the moment. Our sales team would be more than happy to help with it.
