How to clarify a prior query & 2. Are attachments allowed (png, jpg, pdf)?

Ronda, Click on 'Answer' in your prior question & post. Also for your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

The 1st Question (Q1) of my 1/2/2017 post to the community was not specifically answered although I received a reply to 2 other questions in my post that day by Karthikeyan (Customer Supportt – at 5:10 PM on 1/2/2017).  Here it is: I now feel I did not give SP enough info… so … Q1: What is the proper procedure for a user to CLARIFY a prior question & are screenshots (i,e., image attachments) allowed to elucidate the query?  Thank you.
