How to clear up my license data at AVG?

Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of AVG TuneUp, valid till Apr 23, 2020.
It seems that you've cancelled the automatic renewal alone & have got the confirmation email regarding it earlier.
You might have used your alternate/old email address to subscribe AVG Internet Security. Hence, it isn't listed under 'My subscriptions' in your AVG account. 
As it isn't recommended to share the order/account details over this post, we've sent you an email requesting few info. Once we locate the subscription, we'll be in a position to help you with the installation process.

AVG My Subscriptions -page shows that I have a valid license for AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device). I HAVE NOT. It was canceled in Apr 2019. I have the cancellation confirmation mail. 
I DO HAVE a valid subscription for AVG Internet Security for Windows. But it is not mentioned at all in My Subscriptions.

I need to get access to my valid existing license's data of AVG Internet Security for Windows. I will take in use a new Windows PC. I need to know if my existing license for AVG Internet Security for Windows covers this new PC. Either as the 2nd device under the same license or should I first make the license free from the old PC and move it to the new PC?

Who should I contact at AVG to get my license status sorted out? I expect to see my valid existing licenses at My Subscriptions -page. 

Ps. In my case the license admin has been a mess since the product was acquired from Norman to AVG. It is sad because I have been pleased with the main thing, AVG products.
