How to connect AVG from iMac to AVG Zen

Hello Ernesto,
We are sorry to know that you are unable to connect to the AVG Zen. Could you please send us the screenshot of the AVG version installed in your computer and also let us know the Mac version?

my iMac is not connected to AVG Zen so I click the connect and log in to my account according to instruction. it says connected then suddenly disconnected I also tried to uninstall and reinstall by downloading from your website and still it won't work. so how do i connect my iMac  to AVG Zen?

I have the same problem. After coneccting to the zen network immediately disconnects. In AVG Cleaner this problem does not exist. Earlier I normally connect to the zen network.
