How to deal with unblocker with avg family safety

I have AVG family safety installed on my computer to control the websites my son can go to. However, he recently downloaded an Chrome app https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hola-better-internet/gkojfkhlekighikafcpjkiklfbnlmeio?hl=en that can totally "bypass" AVG family safety when using Chrome to surf the web. Basically, he can now visit all the website that I used AVG family safety to restrict his access. There seems many other "unblocker" similar to the link above available. This basically make AVG family safety useless. Any help would be appreciate that can get back the control.
