Hello Jennifer,

I am sorry to inform you that Zen interface has been removed from AVG, so it isn't possible to remove/add the devices from AVG MyAccount.
However, you can install your active products in the new computer by referring to this article.

I have just replaced a computer with a new one and want to delete the old computer from the list of devices that AVG is installed on. Can you tell me how to do that please.
