The concept of "AVG Undelete" feature is actually to restore the files that was deleted from your hard drive.
You are viewing the list of deleted files from your computer and not the ones that are present currently on your hard drive.
From the "undelete" list, you can check for the files and if you find it important, you can click on "restore" and get back the files.

When I bring up the TuneUp Undelete files (right click recycle bin) it does indeed bring up all my old searches pictures etc. It allows restoring of these files but how do I really delete these. They are cluttering up my drive I fear i.e over 20000 results yikes !!!
