You can go to https://www.avg.com/gdpr (It should be in English), Enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button (you can click on the "flag" from top right corner and select an English speaking country flag) > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
