I am sorry to hear about that. May I know if it is a free or trial version of AVG that you are using? Please try to repair AVG and then try to disable it.
To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG Antivirus/Internet Security in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
Hello, staff, I am having problems by disabling my anti virus I right click on the icon then im pressing protection off and it is not removing the protection I wanted to remove it temp time please help thanks
