How to disable automatic HDD defrag

Hello Fred,
Please click on the setting button (Cog wheel) on the maintenance tab of the AVG PC TuneUp. Uncheck the checkbox Defragmentation and click on OK to save changes.

Hello. I have SSD drives installed in my laptops and one of the worst things for a SSD is to defrag. How do you disable automatic HDD optimization?
