How to Disable "AVG VPN activation notification" in Windows

Hi Eldego.
It is actually a notification about AVG Secure VPN connection being turned on. It is not about the product activation.
Could you share a screenshot (https://bit.ly/30ptlLh) of it?

I have choose the option to turn it of in the general settings, but its still showing up. The same is for commercial messages i get for AVG, for example i get ads and commercial messages for AVG Tune Up, which i do already own, that i have this many errors in my computer (which when i also does the scan, i do not have, and i guess therfore is a lie).

I know the last one is a bit different, but i think its related.

Other than this im happy with AVG, but i think they have to take a serious look on particularly the last aspect above or they will definetly hurt the trustwortiness of their business in the long run.

Dont forget why Google instead of Yahoo became the dominating search engine (Yahoo spammed ads).

Hi,

Everytime when i start Windows i get an notification in the right corner that AVG VPN is being activated. I do not need to see this, since i have AVG VPN activated at all times, so i wonder how i deactivate this? I find no option regarding this in the AVG VPN settings.

Yes it is, maybe i were a bit unclear there. Anyway i do not want to see this notification.

Christopher, as the pop-up prompts after unchecking the option I suggest you to reinstall AVG Secure VPN and uncheck the same option.

Also, we're unable to locate your AVG subscriptions under your email address.

I have sent an email requesting more information to locate AVG subscriptions.

Also for the steps to uninstall and install, it is included in the same email.

Please respond to it for further assistance.

In AVG Secure VPN >> Settings >> General you will have the option to turn it off.
Be noted that if gives both when connected and disconnected.
