How to Eliminate "AVG Antivirus Clear Uninstall" operating system

I installed avg a while ago and then I wanted to uninstall it with avg remover, but for some reason when starting my computer, I must choose between two options of operating systems: Windows 10 and the other option is "AVG Antivirus Clear Uninstall". What I need is to know if this is a kind of virus or it really is an operating system. I just want to eliminate it completely.

Hello Melanie,

I understand the situation. We have to uncheck AVG services or AVG remover option from the startup manager. Please, open Run command ( press Windows key+ R key simultaneously) and type "msconfig". Select Startup tab and uncheck AVG Clear tool. 

Also, please open C: drive and delete if AVG Remover or AVG clear tool folder is present.
