With reference to your Post, looks like we are in need of more information to get a clarity on this issue. The details we received was not enough for us to understand this issue. May I know which password you want to be eliminated (AVG MyAccount password, AVG user interface password etc). You can also send us a screenshot of the issue or the error message.
