How to email AVG when the form does not accept my Order Number is correct?

I am prevented from rightfully cancelling my contract because the form you use insists on an Order Number being included while refusing to accept it.  It is not incorrect - I cut-and-pasted it! - but the email will not send without an Order number you will accept.

Why can't you look into it but allow me to send?

Effectively, by this means, you have stopped me from cancelling my contract.

Fishy or what?
