I apologize for Bhuvaneswari post. As per our record you have purchased the license for AVG PC tuneup. I don't see any subscription purchased for AVG protection. I guess you would have installed our new AVG protection free multidevice program which has the Zen interface in it. Only in this program you won't be having the options to activate or reactivate the program. It's installation and activation is totally different. If you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection then please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1FKGRZI . There used to be an option in AVG Security to enter a product key to activate it, but this option is no longer there. How can I use the product key now to fully activate AVG?
