My laptop crashed in January 2018. I had just paid for protection in October 2017 & I've tried getting my refund since January. Still NO go. Haven't in any ways been able to get hold of help in this regards, by mail & I have written serveral. THis is the 5th one, just today alone, on this issue

How do I get a hold of help, when phoning is out of the question??? Don't live in the States

I agree with you.

In this case, I will have cancelled the automatic renewal of this product.

So, you will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future for this subscription.

In the future, if you purchase a new computer, you can always contact us and we will offer you the best discount to purchase AVG.

Waste of money in other words

I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO USE THE PRODUCT FOR. Not gotten a new computer / Laptop. This I've also been writing all day, but can see I haven't here
