I was not contacted about monies being withdrawn from my bank accounts on Jan. 30 by AVG and do not appreciate the underhanded way of doing business. I am giving notice of 48 hours of the monies, $85.59 and $59.49 to total $139.08 being returned to my checking account or I will be forced to go to the bank and let them return the funds and bring charges to get the money returned.
There is nothing worse than a thief and a liar in my book!! A simple email or request of consent could have prevented your loss of a customer. I further request the deletion of my subscription AT THE TIME THE MONIES ARE RETURNED.
