Hello guys, i got a question for you.
Actually i have an AVG Unlimited Devices Subscription. I created my avg account with an specific email. So far, so good.
After that i logged in to my AVG account and i changed my email account.
AVG sent me an email to the new email inbox that i am trying to change to (view link).

But i did not receive any notification in my old email inbox which notify me someone is trying to change my information.
¿What if someone takes my email and password and change the email and i did not notice about it?
¿Do i lost my account?
¿How can i recover my account in this scenario?

The real problem is that someone with my email and password can change the email and stole my subscription without any notification.

You will receive confirmation link to your new email address, this is the expected behavior.
Updating the new email address is possible only if you logged in to your old account using its email address & password which confirms that you are the owner of that account.
Have you updated your account now?
Could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the email you received?

The primary security for the AVG is your email address and password.
If someone knows your email credentials, they can access your email information.
However, if you have different password for the AVG My account, they cannot get your information from it.

According to your reply I understand completely that this is the expected behavior.
But i think in this case there is some security issue or is not fully covered.
Because not necessarily someone with my email and password confirms i am the owner.
That means someone with my Email and Password can easily change the email and stole my AVG.
¿What can i do in this case?
¿If this happens there is something i can do to recover my account ?
