How to get refund for service not rendered? My computer was scanned for viruses. Even before the computer finished the full scanning ( about 6hours), the AVG support suggested technical support to remove the spyware and 3 trojan horse viruses during the scan, set by me. But after the scan finished, results showed that the anti-virus(AVG free version) had already removed the viruses and spyware. After the job  finished. the technical support did not do anything to remove the infection as proven by the scan report. Yet the management charged me for the service not rendered (SG $79.99). I did complain but have yet to receive a reply as to the refund. I want to watch what the next step the management will take.
