Hello Alex,
Thank you for reaching AVG Community Support.
We regret the inconvenience you had with AVG pop ups to get other AVG Products.
Based on your words, I understand that you are referring for AVG campaign popup on AVG TuneUp Premium interface.
Likewise, you might get privacy campaign or tracking campaign are for AVG Secure VPN and AVG AntiTrack programs.
Usually, programs will show the campaign for other subscription that you haven't installed or purchased.
This is to know the features and functions of the other programs to users.
However, if you wish to disable these offers, please do the following:
1.Open AVG TuneUp > "Menu" > "Settings" > "General” > "Personal Privacy".
2. Under the "Offers" section, untick both options.
3. Restart your PC (Please do not skip this step).
If needed, a step-by-step guide can be found here: | AVG (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-privacy-settings&q=privacy&supportType=home)

Thank you for understanding!
I updated Tuneup and reentered the key that i have . However, now the bottom of the app is always clogged with stuff like "Your ip is visible bla bla " , " your drivers are out of date ".
I only need Tuneup , as i manage most of the other things on my own . Is there any way to get rid of those banners?
