Hi! I have just received an e-mail containing an attachment, apparently a Word doc, which contains a threat. AVG picked it up, and made my laptop safe. But I cannot get rid of this e-mail. Keep getting message "unknown error ocurred, try again". The doc title is

Scann16011310150.doc

Please advise.

I have AVG Internet Security 2015 (full version)
 
I use Windows Live Mail, and am still on Windows 7
 
I have just tried to delete it again, to get the screenshot, and a box appeared saying “deleting”. After a few minutes of nothing happening, I presses ‘cancel’, and now everything in WLM is stuck. Can’t even close the program.
 
Everything else seems to work OK; i.e. I can still access Internet, Windows Explorer, etc

Just had a thought and did Ctrl-alt-del, opened task manager and closed WLM. Re-opened - e-mail is still there and I still can't get rid of it.
