How to get rid of javaws.exe virus

On my Laptop, not this computer, is infected with the (JAVAWS.EXE*32) . i cannot get a screen shot because it keeps loading itself 100's of times per minute.  How do I get rid of it.  If  I load "Task Manager" and the infection is not active, I dont see it.  if it is active it takes an hour to see it in Task manager but I cannot do anything about it.
HOW DO i GET RID OF IT!   Your Software that I pay for did not stop it and cannot find it.

This Jawaws.exe is the Java file in your computer, which might have corrupted or stopped working. We suggest you to remove the JAVA program from the control panel of your laptop and install the latest version of Java and see if that fix the issue. Please be informed that, you need to do the uninstall very quickly before the "javaws.exe" image take over your computer.

AVG DID NOT CATCH THE "JAVAWS.EXE" VIRUS.  HOW DO I GET RID OF IT.

You are going to have to do better than that.  This problem has been on my computer for months.  I was just able to identify it lately.  It is a virus or malware. Your anti virus software that I pay for should have caught it. You must have a way to clean it!
