I got email to sign in to my account that i just paid for 2 years  However it came on iphone instead of computer  Lady said it would not matter  so I called tech  They said to download free accounrt and then put my serial number in then hung up on me.  Now it says free account but no way to put paid in   Wants my charge card to recharge me
