Are you trying to install on Windows or Android tablet?

If it for Android tablet, you can download the free version of AVG Secure VPN from your "Google Play Store", after the installation, login to your AVG MyAcount from the VPN interface to activate the product.

Just downloaded and installed AVG multi device VPN on my laptop but can't get it on my tablet.  What am I doing wrong?
