Can anyone provide a safe and detailed way to remove this pop-up?

Hi Karthikeyan,
    I see the pop-up when I am online.  It is not always present so I need to wait for it to show up again in order to provide you with a screen shot.  The pop-up asks for log-in information (email and password).

Karen, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. Also have a look @ this similar link (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000DNetAAG).

Please note that these kind of tool bars and search engines get into the computer along with some other software or if we visit any untrustworthy websites accidentally. We would request you to uninstall unknown add ons, extensions and search engines from your web browsers. Also check for any unwanted and unknown programs are installed and running in your PC to uninstall them. You could also consider reset your browser to default settings.
