How to I prevent AVG from rebooting my computer without my permission? I need it to reboot ONLY when

AVG version numger 16.71.7597

Please read closer: AVG reboots my computer WITHOUT my permission–this means there is NO screen shot–it just DOES it!  I want to turn it off.

And yes, I see that my question was posted several times. The AVG site gave me NO indication that this was happening–I am NOT stupid enough to believe anything is gained by posting the same thing several times. I was just tryjng to post it once!

And I delayed in responding to your help because I was NOT able to log back into this account, no matter how hard I tried or which route I took to try to attain it.  I could access the link TO the page, but it required a 'logon' and once I did that I was no longer able to get to the page!!! fortunately I had another computer available, and going to the AVG site enabled me to log in AND get to this page…

So really I am an intelligent, competent human being trying to make something work that for some reason is not doing what it was designed to do.
