Please be informed that, your AVG Internet Security (3 computers) license can be installed on windows computers and tablets only.
If you have purchased AVG unlimited devices subscription, then it can be installed on unlimited devices (Windows - PCs & Tablets and Android - Smartphones & Tablets).
I would also like to inform you that, AVG Zen is no longer available for Android and Windows.
However, you can still install and activate your subscription on compatible devices, but you will not be able to add and manage devices like before.

Can you now please advise how i may now obtain a refund of one third of the cost of my 3 copy package … clearly i have been mislead by the any number of references on your website stating that Internet Security could be downloaded to Android devices … and certainly when arranging my purchase in December 2017, nothing was said about this restriction.
I had previously reported numerous issues with the install of that renewal package at that time … my patience with AVG was at breaking point at that time … despite a long membership … this episode and response now has me wondering just what value i receive from AVG … most unhappy !!!
Have tried Tech Support, by phone, who tell me they only handle Windows issues and referred me back to where i came from, namely, support.avg.com (ticket number 2301601) … so NOT impressed.
I have one remaining copy of my 3 copy purchase of Internet Security and want to load that copy onto my Samsung ANDROID Tablet.
Written instructions on MY ACCOUNT Support state that this can be done by going to AVG ZEN and clicking on +DEVICE and proceeding from there … and therein lies the issue …!!!
my AVG ZEN dashboard does NOT have that +DEVICE icon/facility …!!!
SO WHAT DO I DO >>>>>???

According to our refund policy, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the date your payment was processed. Unfortunately, in your case, this timeframe has been surpassed.
However, I will provide you a free migration link to upgrade your AVG Internet Security license to AVG Internet Security Unlimited.
After the migration, you can install AVG on both Windows and Android device. I have sent the link to your registered email address. Please follow the email steps and install AVG on Android device.
